Ordering Products

Product Orders. All orders for products placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by Holler Print. Holler Print reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors or
omissions in the information you provide when placing an order, or if Holler Print determines that the products ordered are out of stock or otherwise unavailable.

Holler Print reserves the right to reject any orders that contain artwork or content
that Holler Print, in it’s sole discretion, deems to be offensive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with Holler Print’s company values. In such cases, Holler Print will notify the customer and may offer alternatives or refunds at Holler Prints discretion.

Product Descriptions. Holler Print attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing its products on the Website. However, Holler Print does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Pricing. All prices for products are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms

Delivery

Shipping. All orders are shipped by Holler Print using a third-party shipping carrier. Shipping charges will be added to your order at checkout.

Delivery Times. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Holler Print will provide you with an estimated delivery time when you place your order, but Holler Print does not guarantee delivery by any particular date.

Delivery Delays. Holler Print is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the shipping carrier or any other circumstances beyond Holler Print’s control.

Returns and Refunds

At Holler Print, we are committed to providing our customers with products that meet the specifications stated on our Website and service that exceed their expectations. In the rare event that a customer is not satisfied with their order, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue, and Holler Print will work diligently and in good faith to find a quick and mutually agreeable resolution.

Holler Print does not accept returns for products that are custom made or printed to order unless the products are defective.

Holler Print will provide a replacement for products that are defective or damaged in transit. If damaged in transit, the customers original art will be reproduced and redelivered at Holler Print’s cost. Photographs are to be provided by the customer of any damage before providing this service.

If there are any further issues, Holler Print reserves the option to retrieve the product in question at their own cost.

Intellectual Property

Copyright. The content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Holler Print or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

Trademarks. Holler Print’s trademarks and trade dress is the property of Holler Print and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Holler Print’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Holler Print.

Limitation of Liability

otherwise made available through the Website, or the suitability of the products or services for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability. Holler Print will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Website, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute
by the complainant submitting their dispute in writing and the parties progressing a good faith meeting. If the dispute remains unresolved the parties will progress mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved by mediation, then the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.
